Basically, every contact is assigned to a company. Customer and, in some cases, distributor type companies are assigned to a sales team. Only people on that sales team can see the contacts/opportunities associated with it. Manufacturers and their contacts can be seen by anyone.

So the resolution is to
1) Open Repfabric on the web portal. 2) Look up the contact.3) Make note of the company.4) Click through to the company record.5) Look at the sales team of that company. Also check company type. If it’s a manufacturer or principal it won’t matter about the sales team. 6) See if you are on that sales team. If you are, you will see that contact. If you are not, you will not see that contact.
