“Visit Frequency” reminders will appear in morning follow-up email.
When you put in a specific number of days in the “Visit Frequency” field, you will receive email reminders for “Visit Soon” or “Visit Overdue.” Every time someone creates an Activity Journal or an Opportunity, the counter will reset.

“Watchers” has more notification options
“Watchers” are now available in Jobs and Quotes as well as Opportunities. In Opportunities and Quotes you can check a box when you want the watchers to receive notifications when they have been added or anything has been updated. In Jobs, the notifications for watchers is on by default.

Use “Pitches” in Outlook/Gmail from Sync+
When you are in a NEW email, a reply or a forward, you can now use “Pitches” that you have created in Repfabric.
Open your RF Sync+ panel and click on the arrow next to “Snapshot” > select “Templates” (which is Pitches) > type in the name of the manufacturer or customer, in their own section > then use the drop-down to see all pitches that have been created for that company in Repfabric.

New notification icon for expired users in “CRM Sync”
If you sync your Repfabric with another CRM tool (SalesForce, IS Quotes, Budde Mktg., etc.), you will now see a warning icon if your “token” has expired.
Click on the red triangle warning icon to “refresh.”

Owners and Admins can see other calendars
Owners and Admins can now see another user’s calendar. Click in the field where you see “My Calendar” and type in the name of the user you are looking for. Select their name from the drop-down list to see their calendar.

Part number split can be set for “All” customers
In the past if you wanted to create a part number split exception, you would have to list a specific “Customer.” So if you had a filter that you wanted to give credit to Salesperson Z, ANY time it was sold, you had to set up an individual split for each customer.
Now you can set a split that says, “whenever we sell this part number, from this manufacturer to any customer, split the commission this way.”

New Module – “Lend Items” is Available
There is a new module available for “Lend Items.” It is in the “More CRM” menu list. You can keep track of items lent to a customer/end user. Keep track with a detailed record of each item. Pictures can be included to document item.
- Notifications are triggered to lend item watchers when a lend item is transferred.
- It has a “Watcher” field just like opportunities. Notifications are sent to all watchers.
- “Lend Items” will be included in the daily follow-up email.

Mobile App- Add contacts from more than one company to an Activity Journal
When creating an Activity Journal on your RF mobile app, you can now select any contact in RF. You are no longer limited to the contacts from only the company listed on the AJ. Deselect the radial for “Search for selected company.”

Create new Company while creating an Activity Journal
If you are creating an Activity Journal for a brand new company that is not yet in Repfabric, you can quickly add one as long as you know the “Company Type” and “Sales Team” assignment.

Exclude contacts from “Inactive” companies when exporting
You can now use the check mark to exclude any contacts that are associated with a company that is marked “Inactive” in Repfabric.

Create PO from “Linked Docs” tab in a Quote
A button has been added to the “Linked Docs” tab inside a Quote so you can create a new PO.

Add attachments to a Quote
There is a new tab in a Quote where you can upload attachments.

Update multiple companies at the same time
“Product Potential,” “Industries,” and “Buying Group” are available options in the Company page when you use the “Update Selected” button.

IS Quotes – only bring in “buy” types of quotes
In “Settings” > “Application Settings” you can choose to only bring in quotes who are in the “Buy” group when pulling from IS Quotes. When this setting is checked, only “Buy” or “Bid Buy” types of quotes will be loaded into Repfabric.

Unlink a Opportunity from a Quote
There is a new icon in Quotes (“Linked Docs” tab) that allows you to unlink an Opportunity.

Reassign Contact

Merge Contacts

If you assign them to the same company, you can merge 2 contacts together. YOU WILL NEED TO DELETE THE “BAD” CONTACT when merge has been completed.

Set default for “Type” in Commissionable Transactions
- Commissionable Transactions list screen will default to the source type that is configured in the “Settings” > “Application Settings” > Configuration tab at the bottom of the page

- If Source Type is set to Default, then the Source type in Commissionable Transactions list screen will be set to “All” and on new commissionable transaction, source type will default to “Invoice.”
- In list screen, source type, if changed, will remain for the entire session (Until the user logs out).
“Globally Visible” is an export field

Set default commission rate for “Company Split %”
