As part of our commitment to you, we are continually striving to provide you quality resources to enable you to a Repfabric Active User. However, in order for you to be that Repfabric Active User, you should know where the bar is set to achieve that goal.
In order to be considered a Repfabric Active User, you need to complete at least 5-to-ten events a week in Repfabric over the course of a rolling month. What constitutes an “event” in Repfabric and how can you achieve the goal of being a Repfabric Active User? It’s simply completing a combination of the following:
That’s all it takes! You are already out there talking with your customers every day! Document your interactions and the sales that come from those conversations and next thing you know: you’re a Repfabric Active User!
Can I See in Repfabric that I am an Active User?
Yes! You can look at your statistics in our Salesperson Activity Report! Go to Global Menu->CRM Reports->Salesperson Activity.

To run the report:
- Select the user. Please note that sales reps are only able to see their own user data. They are unable to see anyone else’s user data. Owners and administrators will see all user data.
- Select the date range.
- Select the User report from the dropdown menu.
- Click “View.”
- Use the “New Opportunities” and “Activity Journal” fields to see what you have created for the time period selected.
Even though this report doesn’t factor in how many contacts you have created or CRM reports you have generated, it will at least give you an idea the pace you are with the creating your documentations.
