What happens if you delete contacts from your Outlook

When deleting a contact from Outlook it will depend on what type of Sync your company is using. There is 2-way sync and 1-way sync.

2-Way Sync:

• If you delete a contact in Outlook/Gmail, it will delete the contact in Repfabric. It will create a “Delete Flag” in Outlook/Gmail. The delete flag prevents the contact from being synced to your Outlook/Gmail if someone adds it back into Repfabric online.
• If you delete a contact in Repfabric online, it will be deleted in everyone’s Outlook/Gmail as well. A “Delete Flag” is created in Repfabric. The delete flag prevents the contact from being synced back into Repfabric if someone adds it back to their Outlook/Gmail contacts.

1-Way Sync: only pushes down to Outlook/Gmail from Repfabric. It will NOT push up from Outlook/Gmail to Repfabric.

• If you delete a contact in Outlook/Gmail, it will remain in Repfabric.
• If you delete a contact in Repfabric, it will delete the contact from everyone’s Outlook/Gmail.
