As far as phone number format, the system itself has no preference. It’s up to management what they want to see and how much effort they want to police in managing it. Also, consider when iPhones pull in contacts. They usually add 1+. Otherwise, it’s really just personal preference for your company. There is no right or wrong way in Repfabric. The mobile app uses all  format types to help reps dial the number directly from the app. When they click the phone number, regardless of formatted type, it dials the number.
