“Run Rate” is shown in a couple reports in Repfabric.

If I sell 10 widgets a month for the first 3 months (120 days) of this year, we can extrapolate how many widgets we might sell for the year, and how that will compare to the number of widgets we sold last year. In some reports you will see “Run Rate” by quarter as well.

The runrate is calculated based on the last invoice date found in the sales table for the principal. Based on the last date, what will be the projected sales for that customer at the end of the year, is calculated. The RR % will indicate the % of change compared to last year.

In row three in this “Product Details” report as of Apr 2022. Currently Year is $692.00 and previous is $2,013. Aug is the 8th month so RR would be (692 x (365/120) *four months times thirty days= $2,104. Then ($2,104 / $2013) x 100 is 104.56%
