1 way Contact Sync (Recommended) means that any contact you enter in Repfabric will “push” down to Outlook/Gmail IF:

  1. You are on the Sales Team assigned to that contact’s company.
  2. AND you have that Sales Team checked in the “Sync Settings” tab in your “User Settings.”

2 way Contact Sync means that you can enter a contact in your Outlook/Gmail contacts, it will “push” up into Repfabric and vice versa (if you have met the conditions above). Please consider that it’s possible for someone to have Mike Jones in their contacts and someone else may have that same person listed as Michael Jones. When the contact is syncing and I change Michael to Mike in my contacts, it will sync to Repfabric and make this change. Then someone else may change it in their contacts (that are also syncing) back to Michael, it will sync to Repfabric and make this change again. It can become a back-and-forth struggle between users. *Please consider that not all users keep their contacts as clean and tidy as others.
