When you are in a NEW email, a reply or a forward (aka compose mode), you can now use “Pitches” that you have created in Repfabric.
Open your RF Sync+ panel and click on the arrow next to “Snapshot” > select “Templates” (which is Pitches) > type in the name of the manufacturer or customer, in their own section > then use the drop-down to see all pitches that have been created for that company in Repfabric.
