How to Setup up Repfabric Sync+ in Outlook

IMPORTANT NOTE – You should be on the ONLINE version of Outlook to complete these steps. Go to Office.com and select the Outlook icon on the left.
You’ll need to add an “Add-in” for Outlook to synchronize all the work you do in Outlook and Repfabric. It will save you time to be able to create a contact, company, opportunity, log an
e-mail, etc., right from Outlook.
DO NOT SYNC until you receive the go-ahead from your Repfabric account rep.


The instructions below are for Outlook
The quickest way to set up Repfabric Sync+ in Outlook in to do it in Office 365 online. You’ll need to add an “Add-in” for Outlook to synchronize all the work you do in Outlook and Repfabric. If we do this in Outlook online, it will then be active in Outlook on your computer. It will save you time to be able to create a contact, company, opportunity, log an e-mail, etc., right from Outlook.
1. Go to www.office.com and login with your email and password.
2. Left click “Outlook.”

OUTLOOK DESKTOP USERS START HERE – only after you have installed Sync+ in the online version of Outlook
1. Left click “Get Add-ins” button in Outlook.
2. Type “Repfabric” in the search field.
3. Choose “Repfabric SyncPlus.”

4. Left click “Add” button.
5. Left click “X” to close the window.

6. Left click any e-mail message.
7. Left click “Repfabric Sync+” button.
*If you do NOT see the Sync+ button, open an email full screen or turn on the “Reading Pane.” Instructions at the bottom of this tutorial.

Now we need to authorize you access to Repfabric from Microsoft.

Now we need to connect them together
1. Click on the label with your email address on it.

You can have your “Reading Pane” showing on the ‘Right’ or ‘Bottom’
a. Left click “View” tab.
b. Left click “Reading Pane.”
c. Left click “Right” or “Bottom.
d. Left click “Home” tab.
