To open GMAIL and use the Repfabric Sync+ tool, you must use Chrome. Microsoft Edge does not allow the add-in to be used. 

Repfabric Sync+ is a Chrome extension you will add and then “authorize.”  This will allow you to perform many different actions in Repfabric while in Gmail.

1. Go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/repfabric

2. Left click “Add to Chrome.”

3. Left click “Add extension.”

4. Nothing will happen automatically, go back to your Gmail Inbox. Left click the label with your email address in it in the panel on the right.

5. Left click your Gmail account, scroll down and click “Allow.”

6. Left click “Advanced” on the bottom left.

7. Left click “Go to ……”

8. Left click “Allow.”

9. Left click “Allow.”

10. Left click “Allow.”

11. Enter your Repfabric user name (your email address).

12. Type in the password you use to login to Repfabric (if you have NOT logged into Repfabric yet, your password is Password1#

Open an email and left click on the Repfabric button that has been added.  The Repfabric panel will open on the right.

If for some reason this doesn’t happen, close Chrome, reopen it and reopen you GMAIL account and then it should work.
