Unfortunately there are times that things just don’t work out.    When you terminate an employee, the following procedure can be used to immediately remove their access to Repfabric.  

1.  Disable their user id:

  • From the home screen, choose global menu (four lines) > Users > and select the terminated employee
  • Disable their access by selecting ” Edit”, and unchecking the “Enabled” flag

2)  Email – If they are syncing contacts, the simplest approach is to change the email password as the email administrator.   This locks them out of of their email account immediately.    However, if you are not the administrator of their email account, you can remove them from all sales teams, which removes all customer/distributor contacts from the email account contacts.    After this has completed, generally after the next few sync cycles (or about 60 mins), disable their Contact Sync.

  • Go to the user record, and select the “Contact Sync” tab
  • Uncheck the “Sync Enabled” flag
