People often ask for a template to use when they are getting ready to import numbers into Repfabric. One of the great things about importing into RF, is you can use whatever spreadsheet your manufacturer gives you. You then “map” the column name from those spreadsheets into Repfabric. You get to create and save the map for use in the future. For example a column in your spreadsheet from the manufacturer might be called “End User Ship To” and you want that to point to the column in RF called “Customer.”
This means we don’t have a template, but you can make one for yourself if you need to. In the document below you can see the 4 different types of CRM Imports and look at the map template. You only need to have columns in your spreadsheet for the required fields marked by a red asterisk. We have included some recommendations for each type of import.
