Important Notes About Inactive Companies

When you make a company “Inactive” there are a few things you should know:

• You will no longer be able to see that company in the “Nearby” map on the mobile app.
• You WILL be able to see the company on reports until your date range changes so much that it ‘falls off.’ In some reports you have the option to “Hide Inactive Companies.”
• You WILL be able to include them in “Sales & Commissions Imports.”
• For “Manufactures” you can change the Company Type to “Manufacturer – former” to EXCLUDE them from reports.
