There is a field where you can enter the number of days that can pass without contact with a customer. Example: if you enter 30 days into the “visit frequency” field, the time will start. If you create an Activity Journal for that customer, the timer will restart. If you enter an opportunity for that customer, the timer will restart. When you are close to exceeding the number of days without contact, you will see a notification at the bottom of your morning email for that company.
