There are times you may need to merge 2 contacts together. Please note you will have to DELETE the ‘bad’ contact when you are finished with the merge.
*Both contacts need to belong to the same company before you can merge them together.
- Review both contacts’ address, phone numbers, email addresses. Make sure the correct information is in the ‘good’ contact that will remain in your system after the merge.
- Start in the ‘bad’ contact and click the “Merge To” button in top right.
- After the merge is complete, DELETE the ‘bad’ contact.
