Please follow the instructions below to “disconnect” and re-authorize your Sync+ Add-in.  These images are from Outlook, but it is very similar in Gmail.  Reach out to support@repfabric.com if you need assistance.
If you are using Outlook on your desktop, scroll past the top three images.

a. Go to Office.com
b. Navigate to Outlook
c. Click on any email in your Inbox
d. Look for the Repfabric logo in the email. If you do not see it, click the three dots in upper right corner.


Once you have the Repfabric Sync+ panel open Online or in Outlook on your desktop:

1. Left click gear (settings) icon.

2. Left click check mark next to both accounts.

3. Left click “Connect.”

4. Left click “Accept.”

5. Close the window.

6. Close the Sync+ window with the X.

7. Reopen Sync+.

8. Left click your e-mail address label.

9. Click on “Sign-in” to log into Repfabric


10. Click the sync arrows and then click on “Activate” in the yellow warning message.
