When new contacts are imported in the system, it’s necessary they get attached to the right company. Also, there may be a duplicate in the system so it’s best to check which one has the best data, edit accordingly, then save.
To find the contacts that may need to be aliased, go to OppLoop > CRM Import > Alias Contacts.
Look at the error message, click the pencil button and resolve the issue.
You can bulk update using the drop-down selector at the top. If several of them are “customer type,” select those using the check box on the left, select bulk update, company type, select customer type (or the one you want) and save.
