Does Repfabric do mass or bulk emailing?
There are two ways to send mass, auto, or bulk emails from Repfabric. One is an automated activity from an opportunity but that is based on a sales cycle, and not exactly what you want if you are used to MailChimp or Constant Contact to send company newsletters or “mass blast emails”.
Our recommendation is that you look into AutoKlose for mass emailing from you as a sales person to create sales engagement. Here’s why:
It’s already integrated into Repfabric.
It sends email out through your personal email box, not another mail server that often gets your message caught in spam.
You only keep one list clean (the list of contacts in Repfabric) instead of two lists (in your CRM and another in your email system)
The selected list you want can push directly into AutoKlose.
Once the emails go out, Repfabric gets notified and you can trigger automatic actions like creating an activity journal, an opportunity or a task to you so you call the customer while they are interested.
If you already have or want to stick with MailChimp or Constant Contact, you’ll just export your email list from Repfabric with all the proper tags and import it over there to send your email out.
