It is possible to create a mass mailing list based on any combination of contact and company criteria.

Choose a modified date range or leave it blank and it should capture all contacts. Select as many options from the first six categories to create your targeted list of company types, category, company, sales team, potential and contact group. This would allow you to gather all the buyers who are customers or distributors for a certain product potential.
Once the contact types are selected then add all the fields you want to export like first and last name, business email etc.
If you are using this to clean up contacts, scroll to the bottom of the list and you can see who created the contact and when to help eliminate duplicates. The date modified range could also help you pull a list of all new contacts on a weekly or monthly basis to check company names for proper formatting according your business preferences.
