Here are some of the typical error codes and fixes seen when using CRMSync within the Opportunity Detail view:

frmOpp:tabOpp:ddActivity:Validation Error: Value is not valid

This error happens when the stage of your Repfabric Opportunity does not match the Stage expected in the target (mfg’s) system. This happens often when older opportunities still have default Repfabric stages and have not been updated within Repfabric to use the manufacturer’s system stages.

Fix: Please reselect the RF opportunity Stage (sometimes called Activity) and choose one that matches your manufacturer’s system.

Not authorized providerCode: token.dead

Token dead errors happen when the RF CRMSync engine loses its system-specific password because the target manufacturer system decides the token is no longer valid or allowed. It is essentially an expired password.
