ISQuote is an industry leader in quote preparation and job tracking for the construction industry. Repfabric and ISQuote have built a bridge between the two systems to seamlessly hand off quotes and jobs created in ISQuote.

Functionally, Repfabric can import and sync quotes created in ISQuote. Likewise, jobs can also be imported and sync’d in the same way.

There are a few things that need to be completed for a user to connect to RepFabric.

In ISQuote:

  1. The user needs to have the API Partner:  RepFabric turned on in their User profile in ISQuote. Please contact ISQuote for assistance:  888-277-4593
  2. The user’s password will need to be reset in ISQuote.  Note: you can use the same password again but it must be a least 6 characters long to fulfill the API security requirements. 
  3. The user will always login using their email address on file in ISQuote.

Repfabric Set up to connect IS Quote

  1. Go to CRMSync via the hamburger menu Settings>CRMSync (you may need to select the user menu CRMSync on the user menu tab in your user profile if you do not see a CRMSync tab, log out and log back in).
  2. In the upper left corner, select “IS Quote” where it says “None Selected”. This enables your IS Quote credential entry screen. (If IS Quote is not a selectable option, please send a request to add it to support@repfabric.com).
  3. Click the New button and enter your IS Quote credentials.
  4. Click the box for “API” and enter the entire URL from IS Quotes in the field (ex: https://YourCompanyName.isquote.com/).

Matching Job Category

In order to have job category from IS Quote to populate the resulting Job Category in Repfabric, go into Settings > Subtables > Job Category.

Enter the list of the same job category as you have entered in ISQuote.

Setting default Stages of Jobs and Opportunities generated from Quotes

When ISQuote jobs and quotes get inserted into Repfabric, you must set a default value for the stage of a job and an opportunity generated from a quote. Because Repfabric allows you to create your own stages, you need to mark them in the Subtables Job Stage and Opportunity Stage.

Settings > Subtables > Job Stage
Select the stage which you want to default when a job is imported from ISQuote.

Settings > Subtables > Opportunity Stage (formerly activity)
Select the Opportunity Stage that corresponds to your definition of an opportunity stage where your quote has been submitted to the customer.

Matching ISQuote to Repfabric users

The first few synchronizations will allow you to alias the user or salesperson in ISQuote with the corresponding user or Salesperson in Repfabric.

If you could pre-alias the matches with a spreadsheet sent to the support address below, we can update tables ahead of time to eliminate the aliasing all together.

Can I prematch ISQuote companies to Repfabric companies, and turn on completely automated synchronization?

Yes you can. For automated transfer of ISQuote quotes and jobs to the corresponding quotes and jobs in Repfabric, please provide an excel spreadsheet with the following information to the support email below:

IS Quote company ID | ISQuote company | RF Company ID | RF company
