How can we scan business cards?
The business card scan function is a different software. There are a few of them that are reliable. Members of our data team use ContactsPlus. It’s $99 a year per person. It uses transcription so the details are accurate and they end up in the right fields. When you set up the account with them, you tell them your outlook email address at work. It stores all of your contacts in Outlook. Repfabric Sync+ grabs those and imports them into Repfabric, that’s where the seamless contact sync happens.
Covve ($40 lifetime subscription) is another tool our data team uses to convert business cards into Repfabric.
Other Repfabric clients use Camcard or Evernote. Here’s an article from Zapier which is another service available to automate these contacts showing up in MailChimp or a Google Spreadsheet you can use to import as opportunities in Repfabric.

Another recommendation from clients is Google Lens for $1.99, which can scan a business card and turn it into a contact.
Google Lens arrives on every Android phone with Google Photos.
