There is a tab in each individual user for “User Custom Features.” You can also access the “User Custom Features” for the entire team in “Application Settings.”
These features include:
- Activate location-based AJ update Reminders
- Select which e-mail notifications to receive
- Decide what to see on the home page of Repfabric
- Prevent a user from creating new company records
- Prevent a user from exporting company records
- Allow a user complete access to Companies/Contacts/Opportunities regardless of the sales teams they are on (*use with caution)
- Turn off “Generic Notes” field in Activity Journals
- Turn on “push AJ comments to related Opportunity Reporting Comments”
- Turn off email notifications when an Opportunity Owner changes
