What do I do when the names turn orange?

Go to Home > Dashboard > Entry Process > Aliasing on the left side menu to find the screen above.
Sales and commission won’t post until you click “Post Cleared Data” in the upper right corner.
In this case, you may have aliased the company name and now, because the Customer name and Secondary Customer names are orange, it means the system needs to know what type of relationship this is. If you click on any of the orange names another screen will pop up asking for the relationship between the two customers to be defined.
Click on the drop down menu for the Related Company Category:

Do you have the secondary customer imported to track a commission split, for reporting purposes or are they a subsidiary Unit of a parent company? Please note: only Commission Split will actually move commission. It will split it according to the percentages set up in your Application Settings.
Once you chose that you will also identify whether the secondary customer is purchaser or specifier with the next menu:

If you want to track this level of detail finish assigning these designations and post cleared data again to release them into the system.

Click Save to finish.
If you want a simpler import and are not concerned with Secondary Customer details, only map and import one Customer. To do that, delete your batch, reimport, and map the report without a Secondary Customer.
