AJ Email Summary – who receives what report in the morning?

Every user that creates an Activity Journal (AJ), receives a summary email in the morning for the AJs they created. There is a setting, turned on by default, in “Settings” > “Users” > “User Custom Settings” > “Email: Send Daily Activity Journal Summary (*OSR).”

Any user who is marked as “Owner” will receive an AJ summary for EVERY person/EVERY sales team, every day. This can be turned OFF in “Settings” > “Application Settings” > “App Custom Settings” > “Need not send Activity Journal notifications for all users to the Owner(s).”

If a user would like to receive the AJ email summary for EVERY sales team they are on, there is setting you can TURN ON in “Settings” > “Users” > “User Custom Settings” > “Email: Send Daily all-sales-team Activity Journal Summaries”
