Have a Manufacturer or a Distributor (or any contact not associated with the customer) attending your sales meeting and you would like to document their presence in your Activity Journal?
You can add additional contacts to an Activity Journal easily! (Note: The contact must already exist in your Repfabric before you attempt to add them. If this is a new contact, add them to your Repfabric first!)
First, click the blue magnifying glass in the Attendees section of the Activity Journal:

When the Select Attendees window opens, the company will default to the customer you are creating the AJ for. Simply delete the company from the field.

Then search for the contact you would like to add to the Activity Journal (NOTE: The contact must already exist in your Repfabric.). Once you find the contact, click the box next to the contact and then click the “Add” button.

The contact has been added to the Activity Journal. Be sure to save your Activity Journal once you have completed or updated it.

The Activity Journal is recorded in the contact’s Activity Journal’s folder as it does for the other contacts associated with the Activity Journal! You have successfully added an additional contact to your Activity Journal!
